Ok I will try explaining what's going on with Ford. Well I have contacted both Ford Canada and US via emails, calls and chat. Ford US script is " Your car is expected between X & Y date it should be there by then. ETA subject to change". Ford Canada script: " We don't know how about you ask your dealer he knows the best". I have contacted the executives at ford Elena Ford, Jim Farley , Jim Azzouz and Dave Bozeman. I was able to get attention of Elena Ford few weeks back, I got a call from the Executive office Canada just to tell me they got no idea where my car and what's going on, best they can do is give me call once it is received at my dealer. Today I got a call from Executives office Canada that same lady gave me a call because this time I was able to grab attention of Jim Azzouz, he finally read my email. Well she said the same thing again but she also promised to find out what's going on LMK latest by next week, if its a shipment problem they will fast track ship it via truck or if its damage she will LMK.In short from the executives of the company to my dealer everyone are clueless.Ford Canada might be who you need to talk to. And your dealer needs to get answers from their Ford reps.
