Anyone have microphone issues?

Does anyone else have issues with the microphone quality?
According to my wife, my voice sounds like a robot and she can barely understand me when I call.
The built in assistant also does not recognize anything, so I believe this is a microphone issue and not a bluetooth issue.

I had an issue getting the voice assistant to recognize destinations I was asking for. Once I started using the exact wording It had in its database, it worked much better. My favorite command is 'Take me home'. ??.

On your phone, while it is connected via CarPlay, go to Voice Memos, it is an app. Record one and then play it back and see if it plays distorted, nothing, etc.

I have the exact same issue. Bought the car on 12/28 and cannot use alexa, the ford assist, and folks on the other end of a phone call via Bluetooth hear static. I've called ford's internal tech team and they said its a known issue that they are working on. Let me know if you get a fix!
