I know most here think Alexa is the devil, kills children, and doesn’t believe in the tooth fairy but I have actually found her useful.

We have played games on road trips and find that Alexa answers questions better than Siri.

My problem is that I have to log her in about every two weeks. Is anyone else having to login often?

I don't use it often, but when I tried a few days ago, the vehicle wouldn't respond to the Alexa wake word.

Frustrating. I eventually parked and checked the status -- just like yours, it was no longer signed in.

Mine is like a teenager. It’s constantly tells me “for that you need a connected services account,” when it doesn’t want to do what I asked. This is usually about 10 minutes after she opened the garage for me, or turned on my porch lights, proving I do indeed have a connected services account. At this point I’ve given up on it because it’s too unreliable.

I had to login again recently after an update. That was only the second time I’ve logged in since getting the car in July.

This happened to me too. I think her auth token expires relatively frequently -- this has to be a lovely Amazon bug.

Looks like Ford and Amazon QA use Alexa about as much as I found myself talking to her.

Last time my car informed me that Alexa was signed out, I gave a ?‍♂ and left it that way.

Don't tell me Alexa if full of bugs. :( All forces will be on that and not the dcfc curve or the departure schedule which may be lower on their priority list.

I have heard there is a fix for the departure schedule. You have to be in the car and then you ask Alexa to stream the departure schedule fix video through the YouTube streaming of the MME. It only works in the car but after watching the video you will understand how to fix the bugs with preconditioning your vehicle. This is the only way you can find the fix so it is kind of unbelievable it is buggy right now.

Not sure still trying to walk here.
