I decided not to wait for the winter and replace mine now. The last several posts here made this decision even easier. Getting 245/55R19 this Friday.
You might wanna look at the 255 because it has plenty of clearance. It didn’t change anything on the speedometer speed because I calibrated it with another program and you’ve got a taller wider. You can go a little lower pressure.

I think 245 is the widest that will fit the OEM rims, currently it's 225/55R19 on the premiums.

Well, I can say this. The rims on my car are 8 1/2 inches and the guys that did this work are very in tune with everything and they look great and fit fine.

You have a GT, and the GT rims are wider than the Premium rims.

So I’ve driven over 200 miles on the new Michelin cross climate tires. And tonight I just wanted to charge up to 100% for the weekend. it’ll be done charging in about two minutes so it says distance I can travel is 265 so I’m wondering is that a good number based on the past 200 miles I’ve been driving, if so I’ve lost 5 miles if I can go 270 on the stock tires.

You can't rely on the GOM to determine car efficiency. That number is taking into account local climate and battery capacity. In fact, I think driving history is one of the minor variables they use. It used to be a significant contributor to the range shown on the GOM, but so many people were complaining they made a change to the calculation methodology. I remember when the change occurred because it was discussed in this forum. It was more than a year ago.

To measure efficiency you can observe the mi/kWh reading on the trip computer when taking similar trips, as long as you go the same speed and the weather is equivalent. Personally I don't think the mi/kWh reading is very accurate because of some inconsistent numbers I have seen in the past. But it is a lot better than using the GOM.

The best way is to take two identical trips and compare the kWh the battery used during each trip. That requires a OBD scanner and an app like CarScanner.

Yesterday, I guess I could call this a test of the traction, handling ability of the cross climate tires. So I’m doing 70 in a 65 and I don’t know why it always seems to be a Volkswagen whether it’s an SUV or the car version, But they always seem to want to try to either push you or show you how fast they are so I kind of had my patient wear out. I let so many of them always come up on me and then blow by me so I went ahead and pulled into the left lane at 70 put it in on bridal mode and stomped it and was up to 107 miles an hour when I saw the little red bar flash on the screen because there was a car in my lane and I probably had about two car lights to get into the right lane past the Volkswagen and that car handle great I mean it did not swerve. It was almost like someone picked it up and placed it over there. Needless to say the Volkswagen was no longer a threat. And then about 200 yards up the road my turn came up so I got some real good regeneration. And that’s probably the last time I’m gonna do that. That was pretty intense for a 70-year-old guy lol. So the moral to the story besides great in the rain and probably snow, these things handle pretty well at high-speed.

I replaced my tires immediately, so I can't say how they compare to those, but they are fairly quiet compared to other tires I have had. I had Continental Extreme Contact DWS tires on my Clarity, the CrossClimate2s are more quiet than those tires IMO.
I had Conti DWS on a previous car due to rave reviews. Ive found em to be really noisy.
Every set of Michelins Ive owned (6 sets over the years?) have been quiet, and made the car feel noticeably better.
The CC2s look aggressive and like they would be great in snow, but cant help feeling like they would be like off road treads and noisy.
I know its just my impression from lack of experience. I appreciate the feedback I read here :)

Had a BMW motorbike with braking vibration at high speed. Mechanic asked what speed ,,, I said 70. He looked disgusted and said thats not high speed! Guess its relative lol.

I’m sorry to say I got this because the wife complained about the stock DWS tires and these are so quiet and smooth and now I tested them in a high-speed handling situation. I’m all in. I’m sorry it’s not just me. They are quiet and they look aggressive, so it’s a plus plus for me.
