All of a sudden my apple car play stopped working 4 days ago. I could no longer start my car with my phone or get any of my apps to display. Sometimes if I plug the usb in it will display apps and sometimes it won't. I've deleted and reinstalled the phone multiple times, same with the FordPass app and nothing helps. Also rebooted phone multiple times too.

I’m guessing you didn’t accidentally turn off Bluetooth on your phone.
CarPlay and PAAK are not related. But both use Bluetooth.

Maybe start over. Delete the Bluetooth connections from your phone, remove MME from your CarPlay settings, and remove PAAK.

Then link all over.

For me, if you go to Settings->General->CarPlay->Mustang Mach-E on your iPhone and toggle the CarPlay off and then on again, it usually will work again.

Yes that has worked in the past, but not this time around.

Done both multiple times and still will not connect.

I have found my iPhone fails to connects 100% of the time to my Mach E if I have my personal hot spot on.

If I turn it off-it always connects.

I’ve noticed that before too. Not the case this time.

My car play also stopped connecting! For several days now! I reset the network settings on my iPhone, deleted the phone from Sync and reconnected - NOTHING!

At the risk of stating the obvious, have you rebooted sync in the car?

I found what the problem was! This network connected to the phone glitched, I reset the password, deleted this network from the phone and reconnected it and everything worked!
