Auto Lock Feature Stopped Working

Hey all!. For the first time in over 11K miles I could not open the driver's door by pushing the button on the door. Never happen before. I had to use the key fob to unlock the car first. Also, first time the car would not lock automatically when leaving after parking in a lot. Any suggestions? I checked and the auto lock feature was activated in the menu's. Thanks for any feedback.

I'd recommend updating the RFA software if you have that update available.

If there's a lot of radio interference in a particular location the wireless features may not work.

Thanks the Ford team also contacted me about the issue...maybe they will get my system update at a dealership. Thanks again.

Mine just started doing this also. It won't unlock when I walk up to it. I check the battery in the fob and it is strong. 3.4 volts.
