Automatic Seat Warmer??

Did the new Sync update give me an automatic seat heater or was that there before? Maybe I’m just now noticing with the cooler temps??

I have the latest update and I don't think I have that, or I haven't noticed. I will have to check it out.

Funny you mention that. The other day I got in and the seat warmer and steering wheel were on AFTER I started it (had pre-conditioned), and as I recall prior they turned off when I started it, so it's possible.

Pretty sure it has always been there. I've used it for quite a while at least. It's just a little convoluted to turn on, I imagine most would not notice it.

Ok, must have always been there; maybe with the update it put on the "Automatic" setting as a default and then the cooler temps triggered it on. I really like it; it works very well for me. I don't have to monitor it...

On another note does the heated steering wheel back off the heat to some degree after being on for a while or am I just getting used to the temp. Seems like a theme to my questions today. I HATE BEING COLD LOL!!!

If it's like numerous other vehicles when you remote start it comes on based on outside temperature at the time.

My Mustang GT does this; I love it. It turns on the butt warmer when it's cold and the butt cooler when it's hot.

It does seem to back off, but still keeps your hands nice and toasty. Our Bolt does the same thing.

If the little "A" is not already on top of the seat image, just tap it and it will be one of the settings. It's Awesome!!!

No, this comes on when you do a regular start, because of the "Automatic" setting.
