This likewise describes my experience. The service center ultimately agreed to replace both CV joints - not because they specifically diagnosed that was the issue - but because Ford now seems to be recommending this based upon getting lots of similar complaints. I was set to have the work done today, but now one of the joints is delayed until after Christmas, so I'm taking the car back today.I have the same issue with my Mach E, dealership told me they couldn't hear anything and sent me on my way, but the clunking is still happening. Started on the right side of the vehicle when I turned, now it's on the left as well. I have a first generation Mach E and this clunking noise started at around 2,000 miles and seems to be getting worse. Have another appt. with the dealer, but I am getting very discouraged with this car.
It's not a massive deal right now, but I do worry it will get worse because it seems to have been getting worse over time. So I obviously want to get it fixed while still under warranty.
