Blank screen every morning

Sorry to drag up an old thread but the issues described here appear to be what my wife is experiencing in her 2021 Job 1 Mach E. We always had an occasional lock up or blank screen every one and a while but within the last two weeks, she is seeing it 1-2 times a day. Sometimes while driving but now primarily during start up when she leaves to go to lunch. No SW updates have been installed on the vehicle since December so I do not believe it is that. I have shown her how to do the reboot key sequence but wanted to make others aware that I too am having this issue now.

Well I am right there with you. Got into mine that was parked in the garage all day yesterday and my Big screen is Black. I pulled it out of the garage tried holding down the volume key and the right arrow at the same time and nothing. Tried it several more times nothing. Turned the car off and let it sit for about 30 minutes and still nothing. Took it around the block several times and still the screen is black. So I got tired of messing with it and called it a evening with it. Got up this morning and screen is still black. called the dealership where I purchased it at and they can get me in until later this moth to check it out. Message ford and as expected no real luck there either.

On the bright side, you will probably get a new screen. My screen finally had bad pixels, so I got a new screen. Blank/black screen is still haunting me once in a while but not as frequent as before.

good to know that you got a new screen. I hope it continues to work out for you and don't haunt you too bad, Lol. Glad it working though!!
