15" Display Screen Went Blank

Started up the car today and the large 15" screen remained completely blank. The only thing working was the backup camera when in reverse. Fortunately, the small screen still worked and I was able to drive home. Tried restarting, unfortunately, it is still blank. Does anyone know of this problem, and is there a fix for it?

When you say restarted, do you mean the car, or the screen?

You can try rebooting the Sync screen. On the right side of the steering wheel, hold down the Volume Down and Seek >> buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds.

Restarted the car... did the reboot and it's working now

This just happened to me this morning. Reboot fixed it.
