I found out last Friday I could not log into any Ford site needing a password. I made a valiant attempt to change passwords without resolution.
After some hours of frustration I called customer service. Talked a live person in a few minutes. Ford made a mistake and blocked some accounts. She told me the issue is known and being worked on by the tech engineers. She was very nice and told me someone would call back and unblock them account.
I should have also said I have not changed any info since May when I picked up my car.
I am curious why I have not seen this issue on the forum. She implied it is a current problem with more than a few Mach E customers.
