I renewed my Job 1 subscription on January 3. It shows that I have BC through 2027. BUT, I don't have BC working on my car. So I am out $600.00 and have no idea when they will fix it via OTA. Right now i'm screwed.

My BCHF stopped working about 2 months ago. For that matter....BCHO stopped working as well. Actually, even regular cruise will not function. No lane keeping, no collision avoidance either.

Took it to get checked a couple of weeks ago. They said all the software needed to be updated. 4 days and $650 later....everything worked except BCHF but that is because the subscription expired 15 days ago.

It is only a matter of time before the entire safety system fails again. We started getting the camera fault messages again this morning.

Why doesn’t your BC work?

For at least two years I had BC working fine in my car. When I paid my subscription fee (and for no apparent reason) I no longer have BC. I have on Adaptive Cruise Control with Lane Centering. I must keep my hands on the wheel. My dashboard used to notify me that BC was available--do not see that anymore. Ford tells me there is a problem (after I contacted them) with no commitment on when it will be fixed.
