Blue Cruise software version number.

Does anyone know the version number that provides the blue cruise functionality? I am currently 2.1.0. I took delivery a year ago, just trying to figure out how long I have to wait.

That's not really a version number. 2.1.0 is just an identification number for one particular OTA update, but OTA updates are not necessarily applied sequentially. The OTA update that enables BlueCruise capability will presumably have an OTA number, but we don't know that yet.

Ford's latest published estimate is Q1 2022.

Just to clarify - your car came with BC prep. BlueCruise will come sometime in an OTA update. Vehicles made later in 2021, and those in 2022, come with BlueCruise already.

BlueCruise is supposed to be released in Q1 2022 for Job 1 vehicles. So you'll wait anywhere from 0-3 months?? In due time......
