My subscription is scheduled to end in a month but I heard of free extensions and checked to see what was available and saw that I could get another year for $0.00 on my 23 model. Did you check to see what was available?
Yeah, checked yesterday and today still the standard $50 a month or $500 a year. While I drive a lot of highway miles 15k+ a year I'm not willing to pay that when the standard lane center works well enough.

I used it today on my commute. I forgot how good it is in traffic and how I prefer it for traffic over the open road. The Beltway is awful, but less so with BC.

I have a post somewhere in here that says I don’t subscribe to blue cruise because it’s not $500 a year better than standard adas. But I also have a post saying that I’m happy to pay for worthwhile services. At 40% off, I see the value.

Now, about the connected navigation….

I wonder if the discount is only available to specific people. My free trial ends today and it still shows the regular price. I'm also trying to see if Ford will create me a month's worth of service since my car has been in the shop for a total of a month for two different issues.

Mine expires on 05/26. My No. 1 favorite ADAS feature is ACC and I'll still have that. All good. It is also my opinion that for $500 year hands free BC should also work on state routes where the lines are clear. But, hey right now, I'm just glad I have a car that doesn't run on gasoline.

Was able to just get BlueCruise for 250 a year in the Ford app. I have a 2025 so this is the first discount I have seen. Just giving a heads up.
Not available for my '21 Mach E or my '22 Lightning.

Bummer. I was ready to sign up at that price.

šŸ’Æ. Especially for the pre-2025. Maybe I will pay the future equivalent of $500 if it were more capable. If it disengaged less, had auto lane change, and more features, maybe. But given that I don’t have access to those improvements (not complaining) I don’t want to pay $500.

Funny, if my car had auto-lane change its one of the first things I would disable. I don't want to be the speed leader, I want to use active cruise to follow someone. I want to travel at the average speed, so I'll set the cruise speed higher and get it behind someone. I can pass when I need...

So, I just noticed that I did, in fact get the discount offered. I was just looking in the wrong place. I kept looking in ā€œMessagesā€ and there was none. I then scrolled down the Home Screen of FordPass and found it down there:

Same here, I would activate a year for $250. For $50 a month I will only activate the one or two months a year that I have a long interstate trip.

You think Ford would rather make more money by offering all of us the $250 for a one year deal for very little effort on their part.

Used it for the month of May and canceled it today. I haven’t used it in a few years and was happy with the addition of auto lane change and didn’t seem to drive as close to the right line as it did before But $500.00/yr is too much for me I don’t drive a lot of highway miles but for $250.00/yr I would consider.

I rarely drive freeways, so I do not subscribe to Blue Cruise. But I might if I could pay for the miles I am actually using Blue Cruise.

$500 per year for the average driver (13,000 miles) is less than 4 cents per mile.

I would be willing to pay 10 cents per mile that I am actively using Blue Cruise.

The OGs who bought 21s got a year free and then 3 years for $200 total. That’s more the price point I’m comfortable with.
That is not correct, I have a 21 and after 1 free year got 3 years for $600 ($200/year).

And the later 21 builds were similar but opposite order. $600 up front for a year then a year free in year 4.
