So here’s where Ford just gets confusing. That’s Day-Month-Year. So that’s why you lost hands free on September 10th.
Interesting. That September date seems about right. Ford pass says blue cruise is active until 5-25-2025. Why the two dates? And how do I get it back working again?

Did a sync reset by holding vol down and right arrow on the steering wheel for 10 seconds.

Now my hands free driving mode is available through "- -"

Going to take it later tonight and see if it's fixed. Will report back in an hour or so.

Your subscription is active for 3 years, but the maps expire after a few months and need to be updated. Ford is moving away from this model, but hasn’t yet. That update should have come via an OTA update before they expired in September, clearly yours did not. Do you have Auto updates enabled?

This has happened with a few cars and Ford out out a note on it. Take a look at this CSP.

You may need to take your car to a dealer to get it updated.

Bluecruise stopped working on my 3-week-old MME Premium tonight. I couldn't get hands-free to engage for a 20-mile trip down I-95 South that had previously been very reliable. Then later in the evening I had the same experience on I-95 North on the return trip. I've used Bluecruise on these stretches of highway several times, but no luck tonight. No errors, no messages, no nothing. It seems like the eye nanny works because I did get some warnings to watch the road as I was troubleshooting this (I hadn't seen this warning before with "hands-on" mode).

It's like the feature just disappeared. Any ideas or tips for toubleshooting this? I'm really not looking forward to the idea of leaving the car at the dealership just 3 weeks into ownership. Thanks!
Hi I am having the same issue just started happening on my Job 2 GT PE. Any updates on the issue?
