Bluecruise subscription really expiring before 1.3 really delivered??

Here is to hoping the holiday OTA freeze leads to 1.4 mass release in January. Then shortly thereafter the NACS adapter and software release. And for the encore they release a whole new GUI for the car that is lag free in March.

I can't wait for my BlueCruise 1.0 not to want to disengage with every off-ramp I encounter or ping-pong down the highway.

I find Ford's messaging to be ambiguous also. I hit the renew button a few days ago, just to be sure I didn't miss out.
You've been on this forum at least as long as I have. I'd think you'd be used to people stating things as absolute fact when they're just speculating...

Yep, got the email confirmation a few minutes ago. Someone must’ve suddenly realized that they had a yacht payment or something due later this week.

Wonder if you unplugged the modem last night if BC would have stayed active until it talked to the mother ship.
I renewed, but I’d rather those funds went to modifications.

Chase declined my payment as potential fraud last night, and I was greeted by a email from Ford saying that there was a payment error and that I needed to login to my Ford account to fix it. Was greeted by this message indicating it was now $800 for one year where it was originally $600 for three years. I imagine I'm going to be on the phone for a while with their support today to get this rectified.

My $600 renewal that I setup in December shows that it processed. Now expiring in 2027.

Same for me. Got the confirmation email last night while watching football. Charge showed up on the credit card for $600.

I agree, the current map data sucks. I've tried making updates with Here, but they don't seem to care.

The maps in the vehicle are automagically updated OTA. No user intervention is necessary.

MY21 owners are looking at this the wrong way. We are essentially paying $600 for 4-5 years of BlueCruise handsfree, which works out to approximately $21 a month.

Make it work first, and prove it with a short (30 day) demo period. More might be willing to pay.
