They just love FoMoCo designs. They copied the MME door handle:
The HUD seems like overkill given the setup?I get that it appears to rely on a single screen but the driver info is actually on another screen at the base of the windshield. I watched an intro video on the Electrifying YT channel and it looks pretty slick (also, BMW will offer HUD, which I really wish Tesla would consider)
You know, after spending time with a Model Y I found I was really missing my MME. I have the odd instance where the button doesn't want to respond, but generally speaking the design works really well with the pillar button and the pull right underneath it. WAY better than the MY's flimsy pull that felt like it was going to break every time I used it.They copied the MME door handle:
Anybody see what looks to be a smile and mustache headlights?Artist's impression of the next gen Neue Klasse iX3 scheduled to arrive in 2025. If accurate, it's not a bad design; less MKZ, more iX, XM design influences. I like it!
I'm inclined to agree but I'll keep an open mind until I actually experience it.The HUD seems like overkill given the setup?
That's fair. The setup is similar to the 2010 Prius and more recently, the 2024 Nautilus. Hoping to try the Nautilus in the future so I can get an idea of the ergonomics.I'm inclined to agree but I'll keep an open mind until I actually experience it.
I do really like the setup with driver data at the base of the windscreen, though. Way less effort to refocus.
Two even bigger toofs!Thank God they got away from the beaver-tooth grille!
They probably read these posts. "Klaus, they're on to you. Quick go back to the toofs!"Official reveal next week but the front design was leaked. Glad it's less MKZ-ish.
