I have a 23 premium, when I first bought the car I fell in love with it, now I'm starting to really hate it. Since day 1 it's had non functional blue cruise, as well as random connectivity issues with the pass app (just doesnt work and location doesn't update). When there's a connectivity issue Sirius does not pick up internet stations, car has cell signal on the icon but no network icon. It's been in the dealer plenty of times to fix this issue with no results. I was able to read the codes at one point and told the dealer that there was a dtc for network communication between the TCU and the GWM (I assume this is the connectivity issue). Every time I get it back from the dealer they tell me they updated the SW and it's good to go when its not. I personally believe that there is a wiring issue between the TCU and GWM causing an intermittent connection failure, but the dealer doesn't seem to want to attempt any fix other than a SW update and keep sending me on my way. I feel like they are hoping that I give up and go away as they are very un-responsive to calls voicemails and emails. I have looked in to the lemon law and at this point I believe this issue qualifies for that. I am also in Michigan and have considered contacting Steve Lehto about the lemon law. I have also read here that Ford is pretty good at doing a buy back without getting attorneys involved. So my question is for people that had a buy back, did you buy another Mach E or did you get something else? As piss poor as my dealer has been I'm not sure id ever want another Ford. Anyone have a buy back and switch to a Tesla?
