Can’t access setting on screen

A friend of mine just took delivery of a beautiful Ice Blue GT today, drove it a hundred and ten miles home and can’t access the settings screen. Has anyone experienced this?

Can he access other screens or just unable to access settings? Maybe some others may have insight to this issue. There is a way to reset the Sync system. You can search the forum to find it.

What do you mean by the settings screen? Can you give some example of what your friend is expecting to find there? This will help us narrow it down.

I have a feeling he is looking for vehicle settings such as driver assistance, lighting, etc. If this is the case, he just needs to tap the Mach-E vehicle icon at the top left corner, and then Settings.

The settings menu at the top of the screen seems to be inactive. When he presses it nothing happens. I have 2 Mach-e’s and have not had an issue like this. He just brought the car home and I was going through the car with him on FaceTime (He’s in Sacramento). The setting screen would not activate when he first pressed it but after a bit it did and we were able to go in and check/change some settings. At the end of our session (about an hour) the screen stopped being accessible at all.
