Yes you can.

Absolutely! If you read the Mach-E Waiting Room. Check in with your reservation number! thread, the reservations appear to be around 30k or so. With Ford allegedly having the capacity to build 50k Mach E's "in the first year of production", if you reserve you'll still be one of the first to get one!
