Just noticed this recently. I did remove the plastic trim below the fender and saw the bolts were screwed in completely but beyond that, I am not sure how it can be fixed. Has anyone else dealt with something like this?

that's absolutely something the dealer should be able to fix, it's under warranty, Id take it to them.

I thought the same thing but it was like this from day one. It wasn't until I was doing the first wash and detail that I noticed the passenger side was flush and the drivers side was definitely sticking out more. I was hoping it was something I could fix myself because setting up a service appointment is such a PITA but yeah unfortunately everything looked normal behind that black trim piece.

You will have to request the dealership sending your car to their body shop. Techs at the dealership may decide to fix it themselves and that may cause a nightmare situation.

Hi Brian! I can look into your Mach-E's concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Mach-E's VIN?

If it was damaged in transport it’s too late for Ford to cover it. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of vehicle delivery. Your only hope is they consider it misbuilt somehow, but that seems slim. Might turn into an insurance claim if the dealer doesn’t want to pay.

Most dealerships contract with someone to do dents and dings on their lot. That's a better way to go for a small repair than a body shop, so if all else fails ask for a ding and dent repairer price!
I've saved thousands with the ding and dent repair people.

Yeah, looks like impact damage with dent to rear of wing extending onto wheel arch trim, not warranty unless you can prove Ford or dealer caused it end even then it’s not exactly warranty as such but a liability arising from causation.

Should be fairly easily repairable. I’d see if paintless dent man could iron out dent in wing & improve alignment, depending on how OCD you are and if you’re going to pay for it which would eliminate paintwork - wheel arch trim could be repaired or replaced.
