Canada ETA accuracy

Hi everyone I’m from Canada. I ordered May 21 2022 and since then I got my VIN june 6 and the ETA has always been October 15-21. I’m now in august and it’s hard to imagine I will get my vehicle around 68 days. I have never gotten email from FORD I always call customer service on Thursday and my ETA has never changed.

I do not have a production or build week scheduled and my status is unscheduled- clean with priority 10. What are my chances that I will actually get the car in October? Anyone experience something similar?

I ordered in Jan of 2022, and took delivery in June. I received my VIN once I was scheduled for production. It’s not common to receive a VIN before then. I was a 19 Priority code. Did you order online, or thru a Dealer?

I went in person to order my vehicle and was assigned VIN in June but no production or build date. My EYA hasn’t changed once and was guesstimated since June. I expect maybe a sept build but not sure how I will receive it in October if it hasn’t been scheduled

I hope all goes smoothly for you. Is there any chance your MME could be a 2023 model year?

I’m not going to say no because it’s all up to ford and luck but personally I’m guessing no because my ETA is within this year and it being referred as 2022 if it 2023 I wouldn’t be super upset but I won’t qualify for rebate and I’ll have to pay more then 2022 model

I never got emails from Ford. Think that is a USA thing. I got a call from my dealer it was in. I could somewhat track it from a site that is posted here somewhere. Shipped date with max days till arrival that was pretty accurate. Been a while but may be able to track down the site if you can not find a link here.

This was what was displayed. Transit Date indicates it should be there in 35 days from the shipping date or it flags them to look into status. Received Feb 02 2021 about 35 days after it shipped.

According to your app it appears they have your order. Your app says it has not hit production yet. If true then you have one approx. time line after it does above.

I’ll surf the forum again but that link still shows “Vin can not be retrieved” it maybe old link now or macro hve changed. I’m not sure how ford is able to give me an eta of October without scheduling a production. I wonder if somehow I will get a 2023. Unlikely right?

Yes my dealer gave me my vin and I do not have a production date yet. Maybe I slipt by not sure but I have my VIN and I’m able to track my order. I just don’t hve a production date yet

Hi Leanne thanks for replying. I’m wondering what others timelines are and averaging to guesstimate a build date I hope your loving the car! Cant wait for mine.
