Is there a reason why your using the American chat? Are you Canada resident? I heard the chat feature is being maintenance from another user not sure if that what’s happening

I’m Canadian (from Edmonton) up until recently there was no Canadian version of the chat on ford.ca. On ford.com they had a Chat function where you could get the status of your car, basically all the information that your dealer has and much more reliable to get a hold of.

up until recently anyone could access the ford.com chat but it went down. Turns out they made a version for ford.ca.

talking to ford.ca chat they could only tell me the information that was on the tracking site. Estimated delivery. From another user they said that they used a VPN to talk to ford.com chat and it worked and they were able to provide the specific location of my MME during shipping(departed KC and which railcar)
Not sure what the difference is between USA/Canada chat but you get way more info talking to USA chat at this point

Try again I got that once and talked to ford.com and they helped. I think you just got an angry chat bot haha

That worked. Still sitting in KC since the 12th awaiting pickup from CP Rail.

Hey everyone! Update, my MME is now at the dealership and I will be picking it up on Friday. I knew it was in production on 6/9 (that's about all info I have). I think it made up to Ontario in decent time. Hope this helps someone in here.

Same here, I have my VIN now. Order placed 3/30/2022... no production date yet. I was given October 10 as estimated date

Yay Atleast you have the VIN and yours will be here 5 days earlier then mine our vehicles have to be built in august because 2 month delivery usually so hopefully update soon
