Canada order timeline

I believe we all are on the same week. But I believe Kks17 is on the west coast so the train from Mexico to East coast Canada will get here first. But then her car will take about another 6 days on the train. I know that from Work when we expect merchandise containers from BC takes about 6 days. Of course this is my assumption based on work so I could proven wrong LOL

Your right I’m on the west coast side so travel is probably longer for me! Makes sense thank you for insight good to know why people were getting it sooner!

Weird, mine is scheduled for build a week later but the ETA is a week sooner. This is from July and haven't gotten an update recently though. Hope it hasn't changed.

Not sure if someone can help me here. I ordered a Premium RWD in July 2022 and have not got a VIN from the dealer yet. The chat support on Ford's website told me that the VIN should have been generated by now since the status they see is "Order Processing". Dealer doesn't see a VIN and only sees "Unscheduled". How long does it typically take to see the VIN from date of order?

For me it took about 3 months to get the VIN.

I got a happy Friday surprise - got my VIN! Build date expected next week so I'm guessing the Selects are getting added into the funnel finally. I'll come back with build date when I have it.

I will enquire my dealer to see if I got lucky too. It seems cars are been scheduled in other days other than Thursdays now…

FWIW, it's just the VIN, the sales rep said I'd have a build date Tues/Wed next week although I won't be surprised if it doesn't come until Thur.

It can take months. I ordered in May and received it in June. I hve seem people go months without a VIN. You will get the 2023 if your getting it at the end of the year most likely.

If you signed a contract and it has 2022 information then yes. My dealer explained to me when I ordered in May that I’m signing for 2022 model and locking in the price. If I were to be converted I will get an option to cancel my order and get my deposit back OR convert my order but it will NOT be price protected as I’ll be signing a new contract for 2”23. I think we are few of the last ones to receive 2022 model. Reach out to your dealer and ask those questions but chances are you will pay the price for the 2023 . Your best option is to call your local dealers and try to take someone cancelled order if you don’t want to pay the increase. That being said I’m telling you what I’ve been told so plz don’t rely on my info as it may be different for you. I hope you get 2022!!

Yes got it in June and my ETA has always been Oct 15-21! Thank you grateful for sure I hope all of you get production dust your way!!
