On July 14th my hubby and I put an order in on a Rapid Red Premium extended range AWD. I then started the search for a vehicle that I might be able to buy sooner, and I lucked out, and bought a red premium (cancelled order) from another dealer which was currently in production. Took delivery last week in October and am LOVING the car. So, today we went in to our original dealer to cancel our July order so we could get our deposit back....which they gladly did - and asked if it was ok if they could continue the order - which was fine with us. They told us we would continue to get updates - but were not on the hook anymore. I thought it was funny that we got a 'change' order tonight - Our original Rapid red premium, is now a white fully loaded GT! It's going to fun watching the build process for this car. I wonder what the markup will be once it's delivered? LOL
