Can't set preferred charge time

Here is a photo of the screen I get and I can't choose the Charge Window options.

That is it I only set charge window 1 from 10 pm to 6am and have that set for weekends and weekdays. You can set a maximum of 2 windows for each. It says tap and drag the circle to select.

Do you actually tap "Charge Window 1" and then set the time or just slide the clock?

Easy to do and it is not too logical to an engineers mind anyway. Hope it is something simple like that and it all works out. End up with two windows and then try to delete the second
