LVB batter is dead. You shouldn’t see anything less than 12.1-12.2V

Remove the battery and have them put it on a bench charger for a few hours. That voltage is too low to run the electronics.

Bout to do more than that 🤣 ... Shits got a freaking 88kwh battery on it and some $100-200 12v battery has me blocking a service lane, racks of tires, and more

I did the specific request and others and nothing happened. Not just random stuff. Sorry.
There is a temp battery that can be used as someone reported that a dealer used in place of the OEM. I think it was an AC Delco battery, will look.

The 11.7 is low but surprised a dealer doesn't have a better jump pack handy.

It's also not clear of exactly what you are seeing.

Hit start button and nothing happens or something happens which is what?

I am sure sitting in the service lane and reading the forum posts is not real time enough.

Mach E does not turn on. All i tried doing was pushing the buttons (on the steering wheel) and nothing happened. No screens or similar turn on.

We tried their "only jump box" and it didn't work. They really just don't want to fool with it too de ep but are being as helpful as possiblr.
Rather than a jump box, you should have them connect a battery charger. It should come on after a few minutes.

Who the heck can do that?! Perhaps a stereo/alarm shop?
There is a DIY posted in the forum. Pretty easy process, just haven't gotten around to it.

You do not need to remove the 12V LVB to charge it. You do need to pull the top and rightmost plastic covers (you will lose some of those plastic clips, the least of your worries now).

Charge the 12V LVB from the jump posts. That is the easiest thing to try first.

Put a battery booster on it and it reads 11.7v and nothing happens but its a handheld shitty charger.

If you have lights and horn honking, it doesn't sound like a 12v battery problem, and I am going to ask a silly question: Is your foot on the brake when you push the START button? The answer should be "OF COURSE", but I thought I would ask anyway. Second silly question, since you have communication with your phone PASS app: Have you tried holding the START button on your phone app for a few seconds while standing outside the car?

easy DIY in 5 minutes with a 2" hole saw...

throw a charger on the LVB, and you *should* be able to start and drive the vehicle for a little while, or at least shift to N so you can get it to the Ford Service. The root cause of why the HV is not maintaining the LVB will take diagnostics.... but probably not require a new battery.

Just cause you put a different battery in fob, does not mean it was a good battery. Make sure the terminals are bent up properly.
