Ceramic sprays on windshield, windows, and roof or Rain-X?

I've been using the Hybrid Solutions ceramic spray on my current cars (planning to pick up my MME Saturday) and as others point out, it's very easy to use and provides reasonable protection given the effort involved. I never know whether I should use it on glass or whether I should keep using Rain-X on the windshield. What's best for windows and the glass roof of the MME? Does it make a difference?
