Staring early Feb, 2025, the charge point box shows a white led. I did the recommended troubleshooting, rebooted the charger, tried a different router, and powered the box, but nothing worked. After the power-up sequence finished, it stayed green for a few seconds, then went white.

Today, Feb 7, 2025, I called Charge Point. It is a problem on their side, and they are working on it. There is no ETA for a fix yet we can still charge the car, but no useful information is reported on the Charge Point App.

I am experiencing that also, I also called them and they told me the same thing. The white color indicates no wi-fi connection. I do see the mac address listed as a connection on my Asus wi-fi router.

Just noticed this on mine yesterday. Assumed the same thing (no wifi connection) and verified that when I couldn't see it in the app (and did try to unplug/plug in too). But it still appeared to charge just fine, so I don't really care that much. They'll fix it when they fix it.

Mine’s been white for the past couple days, I guess that explains it. WiFi connection to the router is still good.

Was this caused by a firmware update to the EVSE? Mine is working and I'd like it to stay that way.

Edit: I'm on version 5.5.4.13

Mine is 5.5.4.13 also.
I took a look just now and it is green rather than white.
The app seems to be working again - I plugged it in and I see the current session info.

Ha. Mine too. I never thought to check here because I can still charge and seem to be able to see the status in the app. I've also be able to manually reconnect. Scooted from work early due to snow (side not MME Prem AWD with Micheline CC2 on an unplowed highway = weeeeeee) and my LED was actually green for once.

Maybe a fix has been pushed out?

I received an update last March which disabled my WiFi. Charges fine at 32amps but is now a dumb charger which is fine by me. Put in a help ticket which was worthless. Never wanted to rest the device just in case it reset to lower amps and I could not get it back to 32.

Mine went white last Sunday, noticed while making pizza's in the gozney arc in the garage, flipped the breaker off and on and it went back to green. Haven't seen anything since but this explains it. I have software version 5.5.2.15.

Yesterday, the problem seem to be fixed and today, Feb 7 at 4AM EST, I received an email from ChargePoint saying they believe the problem to be resolved.

I'm on 5.5.4.4, but I think Chargepoint might have been having issues on their end. For the past two days the charge session information hasn't updated properly, and updating any setting on the EVSE wouldn't stick. Turning the breakers off and on didn't resolve anything for me.

Haven't tried charging again since I noticed the issues so not sure if this has been fixed today.

I've noticed the same thing but it hasn't impacted my ability to charge the car at all.
