A carwash recently removed the charing door closure pin from the charge port door on my 2024 Premium. Some searching lead me to the thread below.

The local Ford dealership wanted $200 to diagnose the problem then indicated that the last charge door repair they quoted was $500 where the diagnostic fee was not included in the total cost, nor was it refundable, therefore the total repair would be somewhere around $700. They said it might be covered under warranty but would make no promises.

All in, the repair cost me about $30 and took about three (3) minutes.
