Charging in the rain / wet - any electrocution risk?

A fanny pack with snacks for my kids saved my sanity more than once at places like Disney World. Still have the same pack and used to hold miscellaneous crap when i was a wedding photographer, too.

I used to carry one at Disney . . . when I had to carry a camera and a camcorder . . . now that those are both in my phone (and my kids are grown) no need to anymore, and I don't have to look like a total nerd. Although they are coming back in style I hear.

My brother is a retired law enforcement officer. For years he carried a handgun in a fanny pack when he was off duty. I suspect that other people are using fanny packs for concealed carry, I have seen them advertised for that same purpose.
