Charging Issues

Have had Mach-E for 1.5 years and yesterday was the first day we noticed the vehicle stopped charging and was only at 60%. We thought maybe a bad Charge point charger, but same thing happened last night at home, and again on a different charge point charger. It just stops charging and it is not full.
Has anyone else seen this issue?

What's the charging level set in the app?
Did the ChargePoint app show any problem?
What are the settings for your home location?
Did you just get the recall update done either at the dealer or OTA?

I have had it several times over the past 2 weeks or so. The car will usually display a charge fault notice on the driver's screen when I get in to start it up. The very first time it happened, it stopped at 90%. The second time was 72% and then 92% etc etc. So, it's very random. I have experienced this on several different EVSEs (2 at home and 2 out of 3 at work). I haven't tried that last one at work though....

no charging level ever set in app for work place chargers
charge point app only shows that charging had stopped and sends a text alert
We draw 40 amps from home charger and never have set any set points before when we were getting charged until full
Recall was done over the air but still did not receive blue cruise.

The recall has nothing to do with BlueCruise.

You have a 2021. Have you gone to the dealer to get BlueCruise added? Or the Fall 2021 courtesy updates?

You have a 2021. Have you gone to the dealer to get BlueCruise added? Or the Fall 2021 courtesy updates?
Did not go to dealer for Blue Cruise. so the update I saw which was 3 of 3 was for the recall issues.

Did not go to dealer for Blue Cruise. so the update I saw which was 3 of 3 was for the recall issues.
The recall was one update, and clearly stated that it was for the recall.

BlueCruise is a bunch of updates, like 6 to 8, and the last one(s) clearly state that they've enabled BlueCruise.

Is this purely L2 charging? Are you seeing "charging stopped" in the fordpass app? Are your level 2 options 40a and above? If so it may related to overheating. See my recent post here.

Try using the included Ford mobile charger at home, as this tops out at 32 amps. If it works, you're likely experiencing the same issue as I am.
