I would like to share this data to know if it represents a common trend for all vehicles. I have a MY21 AWD SR, and before a long trip, I charged it at a 300 kW charging point.
This graph shows a charging power peak of around 83 kW at the start (at 58% state of charge). The power then drops constantly from around 80% state of charge down to a charging power of 25 kW until it reaches 95%.
When I start charging from 15-20%, the power peak is at 115 kW, but only for about 2 minutes; then it drops to 75-80 kW for a while and subsequently decreases in the same manner as shown in the graph.
This seems strange to me for a battery capable of accepting a 115 kW charge; I would expect high values at least up to 80% state of charge.
In comparison, an MG4 at the same charger started from 18% and went to 75% state of charge. Its charging power was 135 kW from 18% up to 60%, and then it decreased to 70 kW until the end of the session.
