Hello All,
I recently had an issue with charging at home with the Ford Power Station Charger.
I plugged in my MME in the evening, as I do every day, and the car would only charge for about an hour before it stopped and I got the message that the car was plugged in but not charging. I would have to go unplug the car and plug it back in for charging to resume. This happened three times during the evening and never got to my set charge level and has occurred for the past two nights in a row. Nothing that I can see has changed. I also flipped the breaker on the Power Station to reset it and this did not change anything.
One thing I noticed was the car wasn't as loud during charging as it usually is. I did not get the technical service update to reduce change noise.
I took the car into the dealership and I am currently waiting to hear back. They'll do the PAAK update while it is there anyway. The service rep said that they had replaced some charging module in the past for another customer with a similar issue.
Has anyone had this issue before? Anything I should be considering?
Thanks everyone.
