Charging to 100% and 12v battery

I have charging on my 2021 MME set to 90% (see picture). As of late, it charges to 100%, despite the settings. How do I get it to charge to just 90%?

Any idea as to the nominal cost of dealer replacement of the 12v battery?

Try deleting the Home charging location and save it again.
