Connected Vehicle Features has nothing listed...

I have had intermittent connectivity issued since I got the car (12/22). The latest happening is that I am beta testing a new feature (which I can not discuss) that apparently requires the car to be connected to work correctly and therefor keeps failing.

I have reported the problem through the beta test site so we will see if Ford does anything.

A possible solution to this. I tried pulling Fuse 11 and nothing changed. I was having the same issue (icon not appearing and blank settings) I went into navigation, go to the setting icon on the bottom left, go to traffic and alerts, go to "More". This brought up nearby traffic data and brought back the icon and everything on the settings menu.

Seems like it forced the car to pull data and that woke it up.

Tried this, didn’t work for me unfortunately.

Nearby traffic and construction pulled up, but still no connectivity icon and menu.

Mine just comes and goes on a whim. It’s there maybe 1/3 of the time I drive with no rhyme nor reason. Been this way over a year.
