“Connected vehicle features” menu missing.

Has anyone run into the situation where pressing “connected vehicle features” in settings->connectivity shows “please wait” briefly in a dialog box, but then shows no other options?

curious, have you tried to see "connected services" in fordpass? Click on person icon upper right corner, the under "other services" select "connected services"?

I can’t recall the thread, but there’s lots of threads out here on that problem. I had a bad module in the car where mine would not show up, I had it replaced, and now the up-and-down arrows constantly show up and everything shows under connected services. The shortcut fix that work for me a couple times was And I can’t remember exactly. I believe it was fuses 11 and 19, which are all one fuse and 21 and 20 you have to find the thread for the exact but I pulled those for about five minutes put them back in and everything worked. The other thing worked was disconnecting the cable for 10 minutes on the 12 V battery.

I can say I had one strange thing happened today. This is never happened before I shut the car off, but the radio stayed on. I’m not talking with the door closed. I’m talking turning the car off and opening the doors and exiting so I shut the doors and turned it off that fixed it strange.

I was on the phone with FordPass support, Canada, to explain that I haven’t received any update for almost six months, and to also explain this menu was blank, and suggesting perhaps the two problems might be connected. Regarding updates, the person on the phone said “don’t worry, for some vehicles updates only come every 1, 2, or 3 years”; regarding this missing menu item, they recommended I take the car to the dealer to get it checked out.

Also, this below resolved not giving updates and not seeing Connected services for.
