What's the secret to installing the push-button cover? I got one, but it didn't come with any sort of instructions.

It just had some peel off paper on the 3M tape, then line it up nice and push down!

Finally got a build date for mine! Has anyone done a satin PPF on theirs? I've been thinking about going that direction based on other cars I've seen with it, but haven't seen this DMG color with it yet.

If you like the satin look, it will be gorgeous on DMG. I visited several installers and the place I chose - for glossy PPF - was also installing satin on a dark gray R8. Damn!

I had regretted ordering DMG while I waited the seven months for delivery -- the space white looks pretty cool in pics -- but that changed pretty quickly once I saw it in person, and I have now convinced myself it was far/away the right call.

I did not warn my dealer off of installing the front license plate in CA. For anyone else in my boat, bumperplugs.com added DMG just today to their supported colors.

Nice!! Ours arrived in Elkhart today. Looks like it took about 6 days for yours to get from Elkhart to your dealer? Random question but did you order yours from Pearson Ford?

I know you’re grumpy with the wait time but almost everyone here experienced the same and will tell you the car is amazing. Good luck to you and your son - you’ll have some awesome “twinsie” photos!
