That's not what I took away from her comments. She said it was modeling and allowing components to reach higher temps but they weren't concerned about prior years because they're going "all in on the 2024".

Here is an interview question- “Are you going to do an OTA update on the 2021-2023 GTs to allow them to have full power for longer?”

A simple yes or no would do.

Then, if yes, we have follow up questions on when, how much and will it be free?

We all listened to the interview- and certainly the emphasis is on improvements to generate new MME sales. No incentives to improve the “ thermal limiting” and her mention of 2024 hardware updates would justify no significant changes. Yes they promised ( great graphic BTW) and all we can do is now hope . Someone here will get a new OTA update and be the first tell us - some improvement.
Someone ( perhaps a YouTuber) should drive test a new 2024 rally and provide impressions .

I’m not interested in the Rally model. My GT-PE gets me to the duck blind just fine. I’m more interested in the GT with the optional performance software. It’s the most analogous model to the GT-PEs of ‘21-‘23. That’s what a reviewer needs to get their hands on so we get a good comparison. ??
