Hello,
I am trying to decode my paint code from the door jam sticker. I very clearly see that EXT PNT: AE . When I go to order the touchup paint it says to verify my paint code is AE/M7454. I do not see M7454 anywhere on the door jam sticker. Is this the right touchup paint for Grabber Blue Metalic?

Thanks,
Randy

A heads up that the Motorcraft touch-up paint for Grabber Blue sucks. I bought PMPC-19500-7454A, and spent a while properly applying multiple coats, wet sanding etc, only to find that it cured much darker than the car's paint. This is on the bumper, but I doubt the body panels would be any different. The paint is plenty thick to cover the black bumper plastic. I'd recommend going with one of the aftermarket brands as maybe it'll match better.

Trying to buy touch up paint for Rapid Red Metallic - Ford parts sure makes it hard to make sure you are getting the correct part.
Can anyone confirm correct part #?

Not sure if you are ordering through Ford parts for a discount but your dealer should have it in stock. Mine does and they are a very small dealer. The paint code is D4 and that’s all they need to order it if they don’t stock it.

Agree the motorcraft ford paint is darker than the OEM paint on my 2022 grabber blue. Bought another small bottle on eBay with a clear and that was lighter…. So I’m I. Search of a 3rd and might just go to a local paint shop
