Departure Time Toggles On By Itself

I decided to set some departure times and toggled them off because I don't need them just yet. This morning it had toggled itself back on. I turned it off. It did it again after stopping on an errand. Why is it doing that and how do I get it to stop?

Mine does/did this. I deleted the times till winter comes.

Car settings. It just did it again twice, going on an errand and when I got home. I deleted the times, too, until I can figure out what's going on..

I would suggest if you have any settings in FordPass to clear them out too just in case the Ford servers keep resetting the settings in your car. Worth a try at least. That is certainly an odd issue and I have not seen anything discussed. The issue I have read quite a bit lately is settings in FordPass not transferring to the car so it seems the app has some glitches. In your case it may be your sync system but I am not knowledgeable to recommend whether a reset of the Sync system might clear it up.

I have never entered any settings in FordPass because of the numerous posts about the resulting issues from doing so. I can try resetting the Sync system, but I'm hoping for some more ideas from others before trying that.

Has anyone got any updates on this phenomenon? I haven't tried it again since I last posted. I would like to be able to set times and turn it off and have it stay that way when I want to.

Mine seem to toggle back on after some updates. It is irritating, but not a huge issue. I really only noticed over the summer, when I had no need for departure times.
