22 MME GT - The auto update setting on my car is always disabled and never remains ON whenever I turn it on. It turns off by default.

Haven't received any updates for a while now. What's going on with my car? Time to sell?

Time to sell…? Dang, that’s extreme. Dealers exist lol, what in the world.
Anyways, try a sync reset: hold the volume down and next track buttons on the steering wheel for about 10 seconds. You’ll see the sync screen turn off, then you can release. Don’t do it too long or you’ll go into a weird diagnostic mode.

I tried that. Nothing works. The diagnostic mode shows for a second and then it disappears.

Automatic updates just means the car won’t install a PowerUp without your input. It doesn’t mean you won’t get any updates. In the meantime, have your desker look at the issue next time you’re in the shop for other service.

The dealer made 11 updates for me when I went in to have them look at the GPS going haywire - and that was with my automatic updates on.

I agree with the others re: take it into the dealer and have them look at it and try to get the updates rolling - my guess is you have one big update that is stuck, and holding everything else back from downloading
