Does anyone know why Ford has pulled the BlueCruise 1.3 update?

Maybe due to the followup Powertrain control module update for the 1 pedal fault it may have caused?

I did the BC 1.3 via FDRS (never received it OTA) and less than a week later applied the Powertrain fix also in FDRS. I'm guessing they're trying to package them together so it's one fix for both.

I still show Campaign# 24B42 needs to be done for mine, since only a dealer can clear it. If only people who didn't get BC 1.3 have the 24B42 campaign showing up then that would confirm it.

I haven't been following the Blue Cruise 1.3 threads too closely, but have they started updates on 2021 job 1s yet? Last I read, it was the 2022s that were receiving Blue Cruise 1.3 over-the-air.

Don’t count on Blue Cruise 1.3 anytime soon. Ford continues to treat 2021 owners as second class - promises made but never kept.

Did the BlueCruise update cause that? Everything seems to cause 1 Pedal Drive faults this year. I got those faults from something called the "Charge Cord Stuck" Customer Satisfaction Program 23B50.

Needless to say, I was not satisfied...

2023 owner here. I've not yet gotten the BC 1.3 update. Honestly, I don't even care to get the update if it has a potential to cause other issues. 1.2 works perfectly fine for me. I barely have an opportunity use it anyway.

Yes, I called Ford tech support. I’ve had this screen under software updates for over a month now. But I’m starting to see reports on here and Facebook that maybe they’ve started up again.

Do you really think Ford feels differently about a customer with a 2021 than a customer with a 2022?

And I don't know if Ford ever uses the word promise when they are touting their intentions. They're underachievements are disappointing, but I doubt they are taking it out on anyone.
