You can try turning on your car for a while to be sure the 12 volt battery is fully charged and hit the reschedule button. Itā€™ll give you the option to update it right away.

Yeah, do a Level 2 charge from 20-80% or go for a long drive, itā€™s because the 12v battery charge isnā€™t high enough

Exact same issue. I've been trying a variety of ways to force it, but no luck. (My 12v is at 14.4) Others have stated the 6.6 update has not uploaded like other updates.

Voltage doesn't matter, time does. Car has to be on enough hours to charge up 12V.

Your 12v (LVB) battery needs to be at 75% or higher for OTA 6.6 to install.

Check your LVB SOC here: https://www.ford.com/myaccount/account-dashboard

Then try these.

Lots of ā€œupdate stuckā€ posts here. Search and see if the recommendations work.

I had this. I connected the car to my 12v battery charger and left it to charge overnight. The next day the update installed without any further issue.

My improved fast charge update seems to have bricked my updates module and wifi. Nothin active there in those sections of sync. Ford pass says rescheduled. Not sure what to do.

Yup. Itā€™s your 12v state of charge. Plug it into Level 2 overnight, then try to push the update manually the next morning. Worked for me. Several times, actually.

The 12v state of charge is finicky as hell in this car, and the OTAs are really dependent on that state of charge.

my 6.8 update did that, I told it to do it immediately and that worked fine. It said to turn the car off, get out of the car, and shut the door. It counted down 120 seconds that started the update.

Try remote start when you are outside BT range. Some report that this fixes connectivity issues.

Iā€™d recommend an 80% SoC on the LVB for the update to be successful. Some were able to push the update with a bit less, but 80 seems to work for most people.
