I found it works best on a computer instead of an iPhone. It looks like it should be the HVB SOC but it's actually the 12v battery SOC.

Thanks for this. Out of all of the posts I've read about LVB issues, this is the first time I've seen a link to that dashboard. In typical Ford fashion, the GUI is terrible - how hard would it be to put "12v battery" in front of that "Charge Level"?? So bad... Also when I click on "Vehicle health" it goes to an "Oops! Vehicle not found" page. SMH

According to the dashboard, my LVB is at 57%. I just don't get why the car would let it get that low. Does it have to reach a limit for the car to charge the LVB?
If I get the update postponed message, usually plugging in the car the next night solves the problem. I don't drive much, I've had the car almost 16 months and have about 5,800 miles on it.

Yes, it won’t recharge until it gets down to 30-40%. Which is dumb. It needs to recharge below 60%.

Thanks for the reply but not working for me. Tried Android, IOS and Windows PC. Mine says Charge Level but entry shows estimated mileage. Very strange.
Try refreshing FordPass and then login on the PC again, maybe??

There are two places that look similar to the screen shots, one shows the LVB charge level and the other shows the GOM value.

On a desktop PC, clicking on the link that says Kevin's Account (will be your name) takes you to the page that shows the LVB.

Clicking on the Vehicle Dashboard takes you to the page that shows the GOM.

Another member reported the same thing. He was looking in the right place, but the web site reported miles instead of SoC. I’m unaware of a solution besides checking with an OBD reader.

Thank you, Kevin. Your suggestion solved the problem.
