I ordered mine in Oct/2021 Premium Ext AWD - Vehicle is Shipped now. Lets say it will be be a month to take delivery of the car.
Does this by any chance mean I can not get the federal tax credit ?

Yep, says right in the screenshot, "If you purchase and take possession between August 16th and December 31st..."

The vehicle is effectively built in North America due to how Mexico is included in the current trade agreement.

So you're good assuming you don't have any delivery issues that would push it outside of this year.
