Door Doesn't Auto Unlock

I have had my Mach Ex Premium for a few days now.
Weather key fob or programmed phone
The Drivers Door doesn't unlock w/o actually hitting a button.
The Passenger door does open.
Anyone else see this? A quick fix? Or dealer issues to repair

I have given up on the auto lock and auto unlock feature, it is hit or miss. I have had mine for just over a week and never set up PAAK, because I ordered an extra FOB, which has not showed up yet. The lift gate will not recognize the FOB near it either, when I push the liftgate button. Using the buttons on the FOB to unlock seems to work every time.

I also hate the fact that the auto lock cannot recognize when I am at home with the car in the garage, I do not need it locked there, so another reason to turn this crap off. I do not lock any of my other cars that are parked in the garage and may need to get something when I do not have the key or phone with me.

I had an issue where my fob (without my phone near) wasn't unlocking my driver car door when I pressed the button on the door to unlock. Strangely, the other doors would unlock and open (most of the time).

Today was my appointment for the PAAK update at the dealer. They said something was screwed up with the programming that my FOB wasn't working correctly, so they fixed it and now it works.

That all being said, the PAAK update has fixed my phone issues. I can now just carry only my phone now and the doors unlock every single time now! I've noticed on my phone that the bluetooth connection with the car isn't erratic anymore either. Just solid "Connected" state now.

I had SSM 49676 applied yesterday at the dealership that fixed the problem.
