Doors Open Differently

Today I went to my dealer to get the 2nd FOB. Invoice shows it was programmed with FDRS and it works fine. The strange thing is all 4 doors now open much slower. They used to open with a jolt. Is this something Ford did on the sly? They didn’t do any other programming that I’m aware of. Any insight on what happened? Thanks.

Only when opening the doors from the inside.

Pressing the outside door buttons. Almost seems like a safety thing they wanted to correct. The service advisor had a blank stare when I pointed it out.

Not sure if it's related at all, but I've noticed the motors in my rear doors sound different than the fronts (when opening using the buttons on the outside). The rears sound slower and more labored. No idea if this is normal.
