Go a High-Voltage Battery warning this morning on my way to work If it is a HVBJB issue, that would make it the 3rd replacement...
The dealer near my work can't look at the car until August 1st, Neither can another nearby dealer.
Have an appointment with a different dealer. I'm at almost 52k miles, So still covered under powertrain, and I have Ford care premium to 75k

When was the first and the second, are you sure you had the updated part installed in either of those two replacements?

Do you know if you got an older HVBJB previously or was it a newer revised part with the part number possibly ending in -C? Our car just got the revised part and I’ve only seen one case so far of the revised part failing.

1st replacement was the not the updated part, the 2nd was the updated part.
Carscanner just pulled P0ADE from the DTC.
This happened this morning after some "spirited" driving.

I experienced the same issue with my vehicle last night. If it is the HVBJB, it would be #2 for me.

I'm taking it to Damerow Ford. It's across town from me. The dealer that is closest to me Courtesy Ford has lost my business due to screwing up many, many repairs. Their service director is a liar, and their techs aren't trained. The last time they did the HVBJB they failed to properly fill the cooling system. It fried the coolant pump and potentially causing cascading failures now.
