EA charging - 34kw requested by vehicle...

First stop on our trip, but only charging at 34kw which charger says is what vehicle is requesting. Switched chargers, no difference. Hoping it is just the ramp up to closer to 150... We were at 24% now at 32%....

YES!!! I have had this happen on two trips. Every charger I hit was stuck under 34kw. Haven't figured out what causes it yet. But it's definitely the car because it happened on different charging networks for me.

Resolved. All 350s broken. Moved to 150, called EA and reported it.

Stopped at 3 EA locations today with one more to go. 67% failure rate so far. I told the EA rep on the last one I am tired of wasting my time to tell them their network is crap. More to come.

Where are you? This has not been my experience with the EA network. Yes, I've seen a few machines down and had a few that wouldn't work for me but appeared to be online. Overall, they have worked for me. Not had a stop where I could not get charged at a decent rate.

Did you check plugshare for what other people noted? Usually there is helpful tip or two to avoid issues.

I have seen this twice and had to switch chargers. I think this is a common failure mode of the EA chargers. i report it. Hopefully they figure this out before there is more usage.

Hit maybe 9 sites in 2 days. 75% have issues. Last stop both 350s ramped up to 120 and then down to 64. 150 worked fine. Either EA has issues or Mach-E isn't communicating properly.

Happened to me last night in LA. 150 only charged at 31 for 50 minutes I wasn’t sure if this was normal or not ( capability vs real world) but seeing this thread now I guess it’s not!
